In 1997, the company first started to implement
trading operation. Today, ASTON is
the leader of sunflower oil export, the third largest
exporter of russian grain and production of
bottled oil. In 2016, ASTON took
1 place in the ranking of "200 largest companies-
exporters of Russia" in the food industry.

Shipbuilding and ship repairing

Shipbuilding plant Moryak has modern
equipment for ship repairing and modernization.
The plant serves ships with the length of
150 metres and weight of 5000 tons.

Production of foodstuffs

Products of ASTON are vegetable oils,
special fats for foodstuff industry, components
for production of mixed fodder. The capacities
of plants located in Millerovo and Morozovsk allow
to produce more than 2 400 tons of raw materials
and to fill nearly 1 million bottles a day.

Production of food ingredients

Starch plants produce a wide range of more
than 20 types of molasses, starches and syrups,
food products and animal feeds, including modified,
native, oxidized and cationic starches, as well as
glucose-fructose syrups and corn oil for more than
350 partners in the sector B2B.

Agroindustry

6 agricultural enterprises with a total area of 38284.3 ha.
ASTON implements and uses an effective energy-
and resource-saving technologies. The park of agricultural
machinery constantly get restocked with high-tech machines
of the leading russian and worldwide brands.

Logistics

ASTON provides international and domestic
transportation by marine, railway and automobile
transport. The company has over 300 automobiles,
tank wagons, tankers, dry cargo river-sea class,
bulkers Kavkaz, water terminals on bank
of the river Don.

Our factories

The capacity of the processing plant is up to 1200 tons of oilseeds per day. Advanced innovative, energy-efficient technologies have been introduced, which allowed to reduce the costs of processing oilseeds.

Today, the Morozovsk branch produces vegetable oils of the famous Russian brands Zateya, Volshebny kray, Svetlitsa, ASTON, as well as products under its own brands of the largest retail chains.

The plant produces and sells natural and high-quality ingredients from corn: native starch, starch syrup (caramel, maltose, high and low-sugar), as well as by-products.

This is a high-tech, equipped with modern technology industrial giant, confidently occupying a leading position among the largest enterprises of the Russian starch industry.
